4.2. Shipping Destinations & Costs We currently ship to the United Kingdom. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Free shipping may be available for orders over £75.
4.3. Delivery Times Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are based on the shipping method selected. These are estimates and not guaranteed dates. We are not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier or unforeseen circumstances.
4.4. Damaged or Lost Packages If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@prizelockerstore.com. You must save all packaging materials. For lost packages, please contact us, and we will initiate a trace with the shipping carrier.
Return & Refund Policy
5.1. Return Eligibility
You have 40 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Items must be in their original, unused, and unassembled condition, with all original tags and packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain items unless defective, such as: opened pet supplies, certain toys, and personalized/home decor items. Please check individual product pages for specific restrictions.
5.2. Return Process To initiate a return, please contact us at info@prizelockerstore.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Returns shipped without an RMA may not be accepted.
5.3. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
